Seems like if you used any panels for the last quarter you're account was flagged. I just saw a distrokid post where they are essentially telling you that you can't use almost anyone's promotion or playlisting companies. Oh, and now they conveniently have a way to open a claim to get your music...

This is an unfortunate situation. We were also able to get our funds back via paypal. Once we gained access to the "panel/web app" it was clear that they were simply reselling another panel with no specialized services. We still gave them the benefit of the doubt, but the orders wouldnt start...
