What's the worst can happen if I used a 3rd-party API for a popular image generation AI in my SaaS?
Let's say I'm using an API for this popular image generation AI (let's say X), and the API is from a 3rd-party provider, what's the worst that can happen? I know my account can be banned. But that's not a big problem to me. Can X sue me? Can X take my SaaS down?- nyamuk91
