YouTube-like sites are hardly approved by AdSense. You may give a try to some popular ad networks out there: PropellerAds, Exoclick, Adnow... but they will review your site before approving.

100 - 500 visit per day is very hard to monetize with any kind of ads. I think you should focus on developing content and increase organic traffic. Then you will have chances to monetize with banner or preroll video ads...
