Ghosting is the real killer on top of suspensions/bans. No actions going through still. Hows everyone fairing on BHW?

This is still hitting accounts pretty heavily. Not sure what are the root causes of this. I'm only seeing really really old aged accounts survive and do well... not have any ghosting notifications. Can't find any other variables to play around with quite yet to break this..
