Awesome idea. Only clicks generated from the actual source you're promoting on (Facebook, for example) are registered. If you try to direct link, or have users click on the link from a source other than the source selected, the clicks won't registered.
But I do have some questions for the OP...
the last software that i know of that was able to do this was tweet attacks. it was part of the "wait and reply" module... so far i havent found any software out currently that has these capabilities.
