How do I buy an aged Google ad account to allow me to do customer list advertising (eg more than $50k in spend)? How much would I expect to pay? And are there are safety rules for running this (eg proxy, VPN, different credit card)?

My Facebook BM and ad account is disabled. I’ve tried to recover them, with no avail. What are my options? - Rent agency account? - Buy aged Facebook BM? - Other? Do I need a proxy/VPN/new credit card with any of these?
