Man, if I had one trillion dollars and one thousand years it woudn't be enough to implement all MY ideas. Why the hell do I need to spend my time on analysing your ones? Do your ideas earn you bliions so they are worth copying? :)

On Ebay people normally expect fast delivery. So I would better play with clickbait. I mean adding something like "Awesome!", "Nobody knew that before!", and so on.

Again depends on your core audience. Are they young or old, higher or lower income, buying your products to hide real problems or just to look better, etc. For example, I would be careful to use emojies on premium products. This may reduce their perception as high-end ones. But if your core...
What's you niche? If you sell pet toys or teenager stuff, emojies will work fine. But if you sell office accessories or tires this may be not a good idea.
