Can i get facebook ads account with india country inr currency? Also can i add my own card?

When will this update happen?

As far as i remember they used to provide low quality bing search ad feed. The cpm was like 15-20$ for top tier countries and i was able to make some profit. But by the end of it it got dead cuz they had dropped the cpm so i dropped them. They might've gotten better now ig idk.

I used to work with linkvertise and kodio till last year. Before that i was doing search arbitrage with adsense search ads. I've been doing it for years till last year. Wanna start again so can anyone provide me with search ad feed?

I tried collecting push notifications using firebase api but the success rate is too low. I need a solution.
