A lot of people non-technical people are involved in crypto now. Of these, there are some who are not too Really? IDK. Somebody is approving them... Google are notoriously anti-crypto so maybe they're doing this on purpose to give crypto a bad name.

I believe most of these videos are using hacked accounts, so if the account already has a credit card and adwords account linked, all they need to do is purchase the ad through the stolen account. This is my guess of what's happening.

A better way (in FF) is to go to Web Developer > Style Editor (or shift-F7)
