i know i can't PM yet. but i can't respond in my own thread either. that's the real problem here. if i could reply in my thread and continue conversation with the guy i was talking to i would not be trying to bump my post count so i can PM this guy.

i tried contacting staff but i have not received a response.

so i went back to my post and tried to ask him if he would PM me.

i tired to PM the guy i was talking to but could not cause i got a message saying i need 15 posts.

i read the rules my post did not contain any information we are not allowed to post.

why am i able to post here but unable to post in a thread i created? i get a message saying your post has triggered our moderation system.

I don't need a SSN they only ask for that if your account gets locked. It has nothing to do with linking accounts. When they link accounts you get a message saying your selling privileges have been suspended. When you use fake information you get a message saying to keep ebay a safe place call...
