Yup! We do register those domains or just tell the buyer the domain name and they purchase. Those are URL's, not sub domains.

I use tools like Scrapebox and XENU to find high quality expired domains. I hope this helps :)

Keeping them on same web host can give -ve effects. Probably the domains can get deindexed or something like that. Keep in mind to use different hosts.

You can even directly sell them if they've good links and metrics. But selling them after setting up can get good money. Choice is always yours. Thanks!
