If you have scrapebox you can use the backlinks plugin. I have a subscription to Wordtracke link builder too.

I use Amazon as another way to monetize my blogs (i.e. I have product reviews with links to Amazon product pages...the good thing with Amazon is that is a good starting point, people trust it and they do a good conversion job)...you can fine tune your blog based on the top earning/selling items...

I've used yourprivateproxy and myprivateproxy all have very good proxies. Have you checked the control tab where you can start and stop the proxy checker? I had the same problem too but hungrybuldozzer (zennoposter moderator) helped me by changing my date/time setting to U.S.A. Are outside...

Very accurate comment, just what I would suggest...I'd add also to consider domain age and linking pages age (how much time a link has been alive), I'd consider competitors power too.

I use Hidemyass too. Just set to change your ip address every 10 minutes with random 10 nearest servers. for 11,5 $ a month it's a very good price
