Yes, all of them are. The first one has been monetized for as long as I can remember (well over a year). Even has a membership system enabled. It blows my mind there are people actually paying him to watch stolen content that they can just watch on the original channel for free lol.

I think the hardest part will be getting a channel with this content monetized. You have to have a legitimate pre-existing channel already monetized with organic content. THEN shift the contents. I see zero chance any of these channels would pass the manual review monetization process.
