Im not not experienced, but could you tell me, if my domain was previously used on a suspended account, will it transfer over to a new account?

The problem is that my CC got jammed into an atm machine and i had to re-issue the card. Now I don't have the card that I can verify, and they are asking me to verify the card that I have lost (don't have anymore) And now there's no more option to 'appeal', but only the 'verify' option...

To clarify a bit more, Do They Track my domain name, and in case I create a new account, will it be perma banned, even if I had different CC, used VPN, but had the same domain as on my other previously banned account? THANK YA.

Hello, my account got blocked on Google ads for suspicous payments policy. I don't think I will be able to recover it. Does anyone know if making a new one (using vpn), and then using the same domain name is safe? Or should I purchase a Different domain instead? Would really apprecite ya'lls...
