phone farm is best but Api can work too. I would suggest that you stay within the limits. No more than 50-60 follows, 100 post likes, 300 story likes and 500 views. Try with 100 before you really scale

Are you doing the captcha and sms manually or using a service? Is it the first time you get the verification on the account ? I have noticed that using same country number for the sms can increase the recovery percentage, while trying different Ips over and over will make it worse.
