I just recieved an offer for partnership, is there anyway to cancel an order, or will these views not jepardize a managed channel?

When those go live, will it be possible to customize likes /comments, such as x amount of like x amount of dislikes, a mix of positive and negative comments? I've found buzz or contravers around a video or post increases visability.
