If you file GST returns monthly, there is a provision for getting refunds, like income tax returns, as paypal revenues are exports

Has any Indian Paypal account holder got a ITC refund after filing GST returns in his or her bank account or applied for a refund. Paypal payments received are exports, and the government is offering refunds in the bank account. The refund details were advertised in local newspapers also.
