Same happened to me for running ads of a product that infringed copyrights, I don't have a FB account now. I run a few purchased accounts on proxies for my ad accounts now, and am more careful with the FB ToS. I am sure FB has a reason to ban you. Also, the $20k sounds like complete bullshit...

I will have to disagree, it's quite easy to sell BTC in India for cash. I've sold and bought BTC, ETH, and XRP; successfully for cash (in Delhi). There is a very vibrant local community with cryptocurrency here.
