You dont need adsense to make money, if you have large community you may get sponsor. Its better way get money, ofc if you goal is making money on youtube.

I did but they never reply. its almost 1 year

Even if you didnt do nothing bad at all they will not unbanned its big corp company thet will do what they want. Only way is to face it and do everything to start again.

You dont need get banned only for videos, but also for comments - i have friend who get permanently banned for toxicity in comments
