i tried this. rebuilding the old site first worked better then redirect for me.. put old content back from archive, add few new pages, leave it 1 or 2 months, then link to my site from it. when i did 301 straight away nothing moved and one domain lost all its rankings in a month

worth it for buffer sites not for the money site in my experience. bought 3 last year, put content on, they hold links good for the main site. as money site the history is a gamble. My work around fresh domain << EMDs as tier 1 <<< tier 2 links

honestly both can be faked, traffic little harder. what i check now is the page itself.. is it indexed, anything linking to it. most guest post pages i bought had zero links to them, thats why they dont pass much whatever the DR is
