The software close automatic itself in my side too.... They worked hard to find the problem, and the developer said, the software dont has unicode support yet. Thats the why it closes itself. In the future they will repair this force closing bug, but till this, you must check the software...

What exactly your warranty mean? This mean if somebody follow exactly your instructions, and have no results, you will Refund (payback) the full money?

Yes, for me too..... The developer said, the software dont has unicode support yet. Thats the why it closes itself. I emailed them in the support center so many, but it dont has any solution yet for the auto close. Maybe in the future :D So you must re-open every times, and check the software...
