You could always try FileFire. They offer international transfer, but there's a pretty high fee. As for promoting your niche, I'd advise the basic YouTube method, but try and rank your video pretty high!

Like Quattroporte, I don't really pay much attention to low paying countries. If I were you, I'd focus more on countries like FR, AU, and GB. It also depends highly on your niche; I've found it's best to target a particular geographic region.

I believe it is possible; I was able to do it with PPD though I'm not sure that's a good comparison. You can do it, but it'll take time, patience, and you'll have to spread the word so I'd recommend a lot of social media. Also, you could try to get someone on YouTube to feature you on a video.

Everyday you're being robbed, whether you realize it or not. I'm sure a bit of online black hat activity isn't going to hurt a large corporation much. If you're having second thoughts then just find different methods of making money;simple as that.

I would personally recommend looking for an image of a download button. Add the button as an image, and paste your affiliate link so that when they click the image, it redirects to your download page.
