He's a BigTroll, so he likely means 1k own proxies. The answer would be get 4 dedicated servers with 256 IPs :)

You might be fine with LogMeIn, if you're not too serious about the anonymity :D

I'd like to have access to like 1000 proxies to choose from freely. They don't have to offer high performance. 200kbps and 100GB total monthly traffic is sufficient. Do you have any advice what should I be looking for?
