I put my main account @ in my bio and it is clickable on the GMT2 browser but not on the instagram app. These accounts are kind of trashy most dont have posts and such and I think not being able to click the @ in the bio on mobile is ruining the potential click through follows. How can I fix this?

I am running GMT2 and I am using the follow/unfollow method. Currently I am warming up my account but what would some reasonable settings be to shoot for on a daily basis?

I have an account that I let action block all the time because I didn't understand what they did. Now I have a 10k account that gets 100 likes per post.

Everytime I get an action block I find it stressful. I imagine it hurts my accounts standing with instagram each time one gets hit. Is this true or does getting an action block every now and again not really matter?

Will using my accounts on my phone set off a red flag if on my bot I am using proxies? I want to use the accounts on my phone to post pictures and read dms when I am away and such. Will this flag my account and ruin it?

If I am botting with a proxy in my bot can I use the account from my phone to read dms and make posts and such or will the IP change set off flags?

Footprintless Botting you say? Maybe help me understand this a little, I have been researching ways to bot that aren't so unnatural like the current bots available but there is not much public information.

Maybe if it rests it will help heal a little?
