You're not going to find anything much easier to work with than Wordpress. There's so many plugins available that you can build almost anything with it. Are you thinking the installation of wordpress is the sticking point, or are you having trouble with building your website once it's installed...

On google, set up your search as "Niche site:my. shopify.com" This will only search shopify stores and you can dig through those to find drop shippers, or just to get store ideas
