Have used HW for over a year specifically for some high quality sites... And I have never had a problem with them. In fact, their tech support is the best I have found so far... Really fast responses to every question I have put to them.

Just got EZRT up and running today. Had a few issues with the email sending, but the support from the guys at EZRT is absolutely second to none! These guys took over an hour out of their time to get to the bottom of the issue; and they didn't quit until I had their software up and running...

First & foremost, make sure your on page opt is done before any backlinking begins... Then personally, I would start building some tier1s using diversity; Web 2.0s, good blog posts etc. Then slowly start building tier 2s to your tier 1s... That's what I do.
