Depends on the area and how competitive it is. Lots of research goes into an area before we build out pages like keyword and competitor research.

We cold call as it's the most effective method. We use local numbers from twilio to facilitate the process so it doesn't throw the business owners off. We charge our clients a minimum of $1000/month They get exclusive leads from the site along with other bonuses. I'll keep posting updates...
