I think it is not a good idea that you register tld for each keyword.. If you will do so then you will have to manage and optimize 11 sites which is more tough than to optimize one site.. Anyway if you want to do so then you should link to your main site using keyword rather than name of site...

Press Release sites are like news sites.. You can post your product or service related news there.. There are many sites which syndicate (copy) news from Press Release sites and post them to there site. You must write original and relevant contents for Press Release..
