Bulletproof hosting is the same as normal hosting. The difference is the provider/location of the server. These are typically more resistant to takedown requests and will generally charge a premium for it.
There are a lot of DMCA-ignored server providers here on BHW. You don't need a strong VPS to just run as a reverse proxy. You should consider the location of the reverse proxy server and the main server because if the connection is slow, your users will experience the slow connection.

If you want to save a couple dollars and don't mind using Cloudflare's DNS, Cloudflare claims to sell generic TLDs at-cost. I'm pretty sure they don't sell ccTLDs (country TLDs) though.
The only thing I liked about Doodstream was the seemingly unlimited storage they offered for their paid tier. I had stored terabytes of videos for cheap. The number of ads was insane though but you don't get ads if you watch your own videos.
