I wouldn't focus on using TT for monetization, but for traffic. make content that will send views to a platform where monetization is easier (Youtube, Instagram, etc)

Something I have found from my own FYP is that I will only be shown content from users that have posted in the past 6 days. If its a popular post on my FYP, its because the user recently posted. I'm not sure if this is saying much, but it reinforces that the FYP promotes consistency.
