Try to use a bot like Followliker or MassPlaner , and start collecting big names or accounts in your niche , then target their followers , people who comments in and like their posts , this is can help you o get 50 to 80 followers a day !

I am back with an answer , you can't promote one offer , their offers variate based on your traffic location per example when you promote one of their landing pages , and i open it from USA , they will show me USA offers , and if i open it from Canada they will show me Canada's offers .. etc
