let's say i open a business account and supply the EIN along with my full SSN as a stakeholder, and this account is later banned. are you saying it would be possible to use the same EIN and SSN to make new accounts without restrictions? do you have accounts like that?

amazon is worse than ebay. their identify verification process is more stringent and their tracking technology is much more advanced. likewise they are liable to ban you at a moment's notice for any reason. that said their marketplace is larger than ebay and growing
