Good question. From what I know, there aren’t many reliable Bing indexers like the ones we see for Google. Submitting via Bing Webmaster Tools still seems to be the most consistent way, but I’d also be interested if anyone has tested alternatives for backlinks specifically.

Yeah, I’ve noticed the same. Big networks seem untouchable, but smaller sites can still win by focusing on niche topics, creating content others don’t cover, and building real connections for links. It’s slower, but it works long-term.
