Hard to tell. My strategy is to make constantly new content and new sites. Still I've got some traffic on those deindexed sites, so it turns out, that I need to work much more to make the same money as before. It's sad but I don't see any solution to this problem.

No problem. It's the same issue. This bug/penalty is completely random, don't try to understand it because you can't, nobody can. You can check in your Google Search Console if you have "Indexed, not submitted status" on your site's pages. I'm sure you will have it like I do. There is a thread...
