Actually, there is a way to generate that amount of backlinks (I'm not talking about XR, SB etc.) - using Rotation Link Exchange Networks (?) [sorry, but I don't know how exactly I can translate it to English], but as TheLinkHuy mentioned before - the backlink checking tool would have a problem...
