I believe the app is only available in the US if I am not mistaken. Also they Tweeted "Nov 24. There are over 2MM online merchants in the US. ... one of the fastest-growing consumer shopping apps" I only provided name, address, DOB, social. It was opening instantly.

I would suggest looking for other receipt scanning apps, they are a few that I have to check out myself. Swagbucks is one, but seems to be more intelligent than fetch. I have also heard of Receipt Hog and like I said always look for referral codes for points to start
