I am asking if it will be better to use a single H1 tag for all blog and H2,3 in different post or make H1,2,3 for each(every) post ?

How to use H tags in wordpress? -using a single h1 for whole blog? -using a h1 tag for each blog post? -how many h2,h3 tags for blog/post ? Maybe somebody experienced will give us better ideea, if we can use a single keyword in a h tag, or to use contextual text wich 1 keyword in a h tag, etc...

so, it's better to get links to my index mostly and 25% of it to inner articles. I thougt will be better to get some links to some category and/or tags, for ex: mydomain/category1 mydomain/tag/keyword
