Tools like RecurPost are officially approved by Meta and hence they are long term. Group Posting Pro is a hack and can get your groups banned. Any tool that does not register under your Business integration setting on your FB profile is unofficial and thereby risky.

Not sufficient today. Your content matters. That content must be based on hacks and algorithms. I don't think there is a simple habit that works.
