Thanks for answering, actually, I have an USB mobile Internet Stick, which my ISP gave me, and my friend coded a simple tool which can connect-reconnect in just 4-5 secs and obtain a new IP address, so there is no local dhcp rotating, I get a fresh, real IP address.

What about Youtube and counting views?
