I think that its a matter of how relevant at this point. if your back link point to an irrelevant page it means higher bounce rate. if a specific article is relevant to the back link that's good. but if all the site is relevant, then you will have better traffic.

I can say Fiverr which is basically saying 5$, but personally I think its a matter of demand. If you do logo with Personal customization, i would say 15$-25$.

I think Facebook its trying to fight the fake likes, sense like don't always determine the quality of the page. if 690 didn't realy remember they like the page, maybe Facebook asked them if they are interested in the page directly like they do on fake users. but ,its just a hunch.
