The sad part is that he has deleted all our conversations, I only have proof of payment I did to him, the wallet address and perfect money details

Told me he bought residential proxy and has people under him whom he sells to, he gave me proxies which worked for a day or two and when the last proxy expired, he deleted our telegram conversation and blocked me.

This guy is a scammer please don't do any business with him from pm. He has scammed me and my friends $90

Could you please throw more light on dedicated/fresh proxies and point us in the direction of where to get cheap ones, because I did a search online and everything I saw is extremely expensive.

I think you should help us with other areas with higher potentials, i am from a tier 3 country and yes $200/month is sizeable for a starter.
