what yall using to keep track of all the creators earnings?

See it if it's a normal company guys. So I need a file/software that keeps track of all earnings. Yes I can do a normal excel by myself but it won't be automatic, I'll have to put all the earinings manually u get me? So I want a thing, I know that power bi is good at it, that is automatic and cool.
