The combo WordPress + Elementor + hello-theme (from Elementor) + Mailchimp works very well for me to build custom LP at good price.

The website use the Elementor plugin for sure. Elementor can be used to build an entire theme. If it's the case, a light and basic theme can be used like "hello-theme" from Elementor or "wp-astra", but you have to build the design with Elementor.
