But as a website developer i use
-> Lovable to generate prototypes of the websites
-> ChatGPT to generate content
-> Gemini to generate images
If you have clients whom you can sell the websites then it is already great , there are many developers with good skills but can't market their skills .
Most of the clients i know does-not want only the front-end (they want a dashboard to manage their website , create content like blog posts ...
If you ask me , i don't think there is much scope of front-end development in freelance marketplaces like (fiverr , upwork etc)
so if you are planning to learn these just for the freelancing (please do your research before)

These are very basic skills and you cannot create a large website with using just these (you might need a CMS or Framework to work on)
1) You need to develop the skills first to be able to create a proper website
2) Then you need to find the clients looking...
I am a website developer myself (wordpress) .
There are lots of platforms in demand like (wordpress , webflow , shopify) . The point is not to choose the CMS or skill in demand (because with each demanding skill comes high competition)
So maybe you can choose the one CMS / skill which you like...
I am lucky that i am in the same field which i am interested in , i created my first website (very basic HTML) when i was 13 years of age .
and now i am a professional website developer .
By the way i did software engineer (but i am not doing much coding right now) .
