You can spoof useragent, or simply use different browser every time. Best way to completely clean all cookies is simply make a new login on your windows And there's no such thing as "unique ID"

when you create/get account, save profile pic when you get asked for photo check, just submit that same image. Some people say it's better in .png, but I haven't noticed any difference. About 80% of accs gets reinstated (but not ads acc)
