bro, offers are geo targeted, if you are not in the location which offer targets, networks will redirect you to some offer that target global(or target your location) to make every use of traffic...u can try vpn or proxy but DO NOT complete offers yourself..

only those decent networks have offers which only require a email/zip submission, what you got in those regular networks, zip/email offers usually doesn't converts

there are many networks, just try others

if you can call them and show some IM knowledge, they will definitely approve u

you need a web-hosting, and some html &css knowledge, or you can just use wordpress, if u don't know it, you can google it~ :)
