This still works. I know a friend making good money. But you have to be active and engages.

I would say, follow your passion. You said you like #4 and would do it even if you dont make a cent. Keep doing it. Youtube is booming as always and you will be able to monetize as soon as you get you subscribers and hours watch met. All the best!
