FB had an update recently, and for sure I wouldn't recommend a public VPN; the IPs will be abused, and most of them on FB blacklist DB anyway. You need old BM too, 1-2 years old at least. Any footprint between them will trigger the red flag.

It depends on what is your niche, and if you want/can scale up or not. For most affiliate and CPA FB for sure, there is no other platform that you can scale up fast as FB if you have the budget, and you don't want to wait.

Farmed account won't last long no matter what you do, FB and Google can detect if it's a real account or no. Spending on the account without getting banned is the most difficult part here, so unless you know how to keep them alive during spending it's will be a waste of time and effort.
