This is not so crystal-clear. It depends how the deal is structured. If you have a DS-agreement, it can also be structured as a lead (e.g. affiliate).

How the hell would you do adsense in FB. I have heard it from someone, that he could link the group, but I have never seen this feature. Also, is there such thing as rev-sharing for highly active groups with FB? I have been mod of a group, which is highly active and I really cannot figure out...

Group push. Which is actually member-exchanges. Works in 50s batches, usually up to 500 per account / day. Accs with loads of friend in one group are added to the other group for the exchange and then add the "friends" to the other group and vice versa. Pretty blackhat and annoying, but works...
