No it doesn't and no they don't.. I was scammed.. contacted them as advised.. I was told I was a newbie, and they couldn't work with me. The next day I was contacted by a Skype account with the same name SOCIALPANEL24... had a conversation sent funds .. no results.. then I was contacted again...

So I got a response.. and was told that because I'm a newbie I may be a scammer, because apparently newbies are scammers (i guess). I was then blocked or something from Skype because my messages no longer went through. I even asked if they could suggest another panel that works with "newbies"...

I know what you mean.. My account is new.. but I'm not a newbie either, and just like you I need the service. not sure how to not be a "newbie".

I was told my account is too new. I don't understand why, I heard about this platform through a associate, and have been using their account, but it's been a hassle which is why I wanted my own account. Not really sure why I'm not accepted.

The same happened with me. I added them 3-4 days ago and no response. I hope they add me soon.
